No-knead pizza dough

This pizza dough requires no kneading.

Ingredients
• 500 g flour
• 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) dried yeast
• 12 g (1,5 teaspoons) sea salt
• 3,5 dl water

Method
1. Mix flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water, and mix with your hands or with a spoon until all ingredients are combined. There is no need to actually knead the dough, as this is a no-knead pizza.
2. Cover the dough with a cloth or with plastic wrap and leave rise at room temperature overnight, for about 18 hours until the dough has doubled in size. It depends on your room temperature how fast the dough rises.
3. When the dough has doubled in size, you can start baking. Knead the dough with your hands, and stretch it on a well-floured cutting board.

Hint
You can also let the dough rest in fridge for up to 3 days. In that case, take the dough to room temperature 2 to 3 hours before baking the pizzas.
