Tortillas
Tortilla bases bake on the Mypizza steel in the oven in minutes. They are perfect for making chicken salad wraps.
Bases
• 1,5 dl milk
• about 3 dl wheat flour
• 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix milk, olive oil and salt in a bowl. Add enough flour to make the dough elastic.
2. Place the doughon a floured baking surface and divide it into six portions.
3. Shape them into balls and roll them into thin tortillas.
4. Bake them on the MyPizza steel in the oven, flip the torilla and bake on the other side.The tortilla is ready to be filled.
Chiken Filling
• chiken breast fillets
• olive oil
• paprika powder
• balc pepper
• rosemary
• iceberg lettuce
• feta cheese
• cherry tomatoes
• arugula
Filling preparation
1. Bake the chicken fillets in a 200 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Before placing them in the oven, drizzle olive oil and spices over the fillets.
2. Let the fillets coll and then dice them.
Place a couple of iceberg lettuce leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and arugula on the tortilla base. Add the diced chicken and roll it up.
